In this special issue of Paediatrics & Child Health, we have undertaken[1]bled a potpourri of articles that address the health and well-being of Canada’s legacy, our children and youth. Some analyze the challenges we face, others address potential solutions. All provide a call to action. Let’s not wait any longer.
